Projects include Durham City Retail Park (with B&Q, Argos and Currys amongst the tenant list), Broomside Park, Belmont, Durham which includes development of a Whitbread public house / restaurant and travel inn, 7,000m² (75,000 sq ft) indoor soccer centre and BMW/Mini car showroom. And Thorn Lighting's new 400,000 sq ft facility at Spennymoor, County Durham.
